Yup! I'm contradicting Hurwitz! I love the guy, think he's in jail
unjustly, but he missed the mark on that one. Similar quotes were often
given to minorities who wanted thing that at that time were foreign to
them-like educations
white-collar jobs,interracial marriages
,were told,by the phony liberals
that if they wanted the chance at these things, they had to prove
themselves to be a step above the rest of their ethnic group. In this
quote, Hurwitz makes pain patients the-I think most of you can fill in the
blank-of the medical world.
