Wein Ionic Wearable Air Purifier - Experiences?
|
|
|
| I ordered the minimate - I've talked to others in real life that use
something similar & swear by it. I also found one or two posts on the
net recommending it.
*I*, however, appear to be weird or mutated. I find it is causing an
almost immediate asthmatic reaction - mucus in lungs, coughing, etc.
Someone let us borrow an ionic air purifier by ecoquest and we were
running it in our office for a couple of weeks. It caused my throat to
hurt, and the others in the office couldn't stand it either.
Others around here are using it and are quite satisfied.
Anyone else out there have negative reactions to these types of
devices? Any idea why? I wanted it to work for me so very badly!

| All ionic air purifiers generate ozone, which is extremely irritating

| yea avoid them like the plague, running a "shitty image" ionic breeze filter
in my home for a year made my asthema worse, even after tossing the
thing to the curb.
