Has your doctor discussed vasomotor rhinitis with you? Has she or he
discussed pulsatile irrigation or a corticosteroid spray like Rhinocort?

So sorry to hear you're going through this -- I went through the same thing
earlier this year and got feeling better with a mixture of more sleep,
better food, environmental controls, allergy shots, irrigation, and
Rhinocort...
