Almonds, Fish, Pinto Beans

| Please help. I'm looking for info.
I'm allergic to almonds, fish, and to some extent pinto beans. I developed
this allergy in my early twenties. (I'm now 36.) I've just always avoided
these foods since I figured out what was causing me problems, but I would
like to know what these foods have in common with one another, if anything.
Note that I can eat all other nuts, all shellfish, and some refried beans
(made from pinto beans). The reaction I get is a sort of gastrointestinal
tract reaction which causes severe chest pain like someone is stabbing me in
the chest. I feel like vomiting but can't and just keep spitting/salivating
a lot. I have eczema, which I understand is common in people who may have
an anaphylaxis allergic reaction.
Can anyone tell me what common "ingredient" is in these foods? Are there
any other resources that I can turn to?
Thanks,
