Author Printing autotext entries

My new MTSO has her address list for referring docs stored in autotext.
Of course it's easy to spit them out one at a time, but we're hoping she
can just save file or print it somehow as a document so I can have them all.

I'm using Word 97 and if there was a way to transfer the file to my
computer that would be great but imagine she's using higher Word level
and ? compatibility.

Is it possible to do this somehow?

Why doesn't she just send you the file, and then you won't even have to
re-type them?

LOL. Could it be that easy? I'll send that to her? Anyway, I found a
macro location on line. Apparently it prints in more compact format than
Word allows on it's on?

Well, I thought of that, but not sure if the Word version she uses would
be compatible with my Word version. Plus (of course) I'm actually
working in WP. She seems to have gotten it now with a macro I found on
line. I'll cut and paste to my own database where I use macros to search
and insert into the document. I just don't like idea of having all the
addresses in any expander. If it corrupts you're screwed. With file you
can save backup somewhere else as well.

If it corrupts you're screwed.

Not true! You should always have a current back up of your AutoText and
AutoCorrect files.
