are doing... Read the following and
count the "F's" in the following text:
FINISHED FILES ARE THE RE-
SULT OF YEARS OF SCIENTIF-
IC STUDY COMBINED WITH
THE EXPERIENCE OF YEARS...

Managed it ?
Scroll down only after you have counted them, okay?
Do you think there are three?
How many ? 3?
Wrong, there are 6 !!--no joke.
Read it again.
The reasoning behind it is further down.
The brain cannot process "OF".
Incredible or what ? Go back and look again!!
Anyone who counts all 6 "F's" on the first go is a genius.
Three is normal, four is quite rare.

| I got six but I've seen the test before so it doesn't count.

| Well, I counted four, so I am rare. For some reason that last "of"
registered with me as I was reading and counting at the same time.

| I got all of them, but I "cheated" by reading it backwards so as not to
be distracted by the text.

I only got 3 and I even counted it s.l.o.w.l.y several times to be sure
not to miss anything and I still didn't "see" them.

I've seen it before, and they said it was because "of" is really pronounced
"ov", so our brain doesn't catch the "f".

read, no problem. So am I genius or anal retentive, probably a little bit
