| This is in an exploratory laparotomy, looking for a fixed lesion that
could be causing bowel obstruction.
"We searched for evidence of an occult hernia or internal hernia and
certainly could find nothing. Being satisfied, we then returned the
bowel to the abdominal cavity. We used some (s/l scepter film or sucker
film) to help prevent any further adhesive disease. We used a large pack."
I'm stumped. Any ideas?
Thanks!
