First of all, watch your attributions. I did not write the above
statement.

OK, reality time! Over twenty judges have heard this case, and heard
all the medical evidence. In every single hearing, they found that
Terri Schiavo is brain dead, and that her wishes were not to be forced
to live this way. No fault was found at any of the appeals courts.

Terri is gone, OK. The person that was in that body died fifteen
years ago when large portions of her brain lacked oxygen for several
minutes. Her cerebral cortex has rotted away, leaving a pool of
cerebro-spinal fluid.

Michael Schiavo has pursed this because it was his wife's wish that
she not be kept this way. He's not going to get rich, he's not going
to inherit some estate.

The judges who have heard this case have come from across the
political spectrum, were appointed by everyone from Reagan to Clinton,
and *all ruled the same way*. That tells me that the evidence was
pretty damn compelling.

Or are you claiming that the Florida courts, the Florida appeals
bench, the 11th Circut Court of Appeals, the Florida Supreme Court,
and the Supreme Court of the United States are *all* in on a plot to
kill one woman with a flat EEG?
