| How would I add the confidentiality statement at the bottom of my blank
emails before I send them without having to type it on each time...does
anybody know?
Thanks,
Laura

| What e-mail program are you using? With OE and Thunderbird, you can add
it as a signature line. In Thunderbird, it's under Tools, Account
Settings, Mail. In OE, it's under Tools, Options, Signatures. You just
have to type in the statement you want and choose whether to have it
added to each message, etc.

| warning. Whatever you add to your signature line (in OE) it will also show
up on posts to newsgroups.

I did not know that. I have mine set as a signature line and just tested
it. It will show up if you post a new post, but if you respond to a post,
it does not show up.
Now if I post this and my confidentiality thing is there, I apologize! lol

Keep in mind, though, that you don't have to set it to automatically
add your sig line, and, with OE, you can have several to choose
from. My office sig line includes (phone number munged):

| What expander do you use? My expander works with all programs (SpeedType)
and I would just do it with that. Otherwise what about a macro--or do those
just work with the word processor? That's the only place I use them.
