My IP provider has a spam blocking program that is VERY effective. I pay a
premium for this local provider because I have to have a static IP for my
ftp site, but believe me this spam-blocking program is worth every penny! I
get AT LEAST 30 or 40 pieces of spam a day that they quarantine. I can go
look them over and globally delete them, or I can ignore them and they will
delete them after a period of time. I usually give them a quick look over
just in case they were overzealous. The tech support from my IP provider is
superior, too, and you are never on hold. The first thing they do is ask
for a call-back number and if the wait is more than a minute or two they
come back and tell you a technician will call, and they actually do call
back, very quickly!
