I was blocking by going up to the heading **Message** next to the heading
**Tools** and then going to the *Create a Rule* but lately it has not been
working because I get all this spam with OEM in it and I put that in the
rule and still keep getting all that junk. I don't even want it to download
from the server; I want it deleted before it comes down in my computer but
somehow it is not working. It DID work but I don't know why it won't work
now.

So any suggestions would definitely be welcome here too
