When talking about von Willebrand and hemophilia I always capitalize Factor
VIII, but I see different stances on this by different sites. So what are
the opinions from you?

AAMT BOS says use lower case factor
AMA Manual of Style shows lower case factor (and that's the standard for
editors and authors)

I never capitalize it. (Yes, this time I checked before posting, and
Dorland's and Vera Pyle agree with me! <G> )

I remember there was a distinct reason for me starting to capitalize it,
sure wish I remember what it was. LOL

I have to this time because that's the way they have it on their slides and
want it, but I'll remember it when not having to do it to a particular
client's standard.

Thanks.

If you get more of that and you're too busy, you can farm it out to me.
That's what I did for 5 years. Kind of miss it. <VBG>

If you're serious we may need to talk. I'm looking at about 10 hours plus
of this stuff right now on the new drug ReFacto AF311 clinical trials for
Wyeth. Fun Fun.
