I just had a doc, who was busily digging for a chart, apologize for
creating uncompensated time, saying how much he hates it too. I'm
shocked - not only did he recognize that there is a HUMAN on the other
end of the phone, this one actually realizes that when he's doing things
other than dictating on the line, someone's not getting paid to listen
to it! (We won't mention the Pause function he could have used...) <G>
