| patient has 3 fatty deposits on his back, tender. Doctor says these are
known as --and he spells it for me--"MISSL"
I can find no such acronym or word. It is not unusual for this doctor to
clearly misspell something for me, but usually I can figure out what it is
supposed to be! Any help will be greatly appreciated.

| I did find a Nissl body in Stedman's, so apparently that is what he is
referring to. He mumbles--but I tried N instead of M and found it.
