Author Word help please, preemie

I have this in the PE part of a history. This is on a preemie born
yesterday. It says:

"No evidence of dislocationof the hip. Good ROM. Primitive reflex profile
is appropriate for gestational age. _____ confirms 34-week gestation."

Any ideas on the blank. Can't make out the first part of the word, but the
end of it sounds like "wist".

Thanks for any help on this.

I found this site on Google

http://www.drhull.com/EncyMaster/G/gestational_age.html

I think you might be looking for Dubowitz.
