| I'd like opinions on this please. Stedman heme-onc shows magic mouthwash (no
caps), but not miracle mouthwash. Someone on our aol boards found a trademark
(see below), but I really am dubious that this is usually meant as a brand
name. What I can find even seems to indicate there is more than one
formulation. He who writes the check will win out, but now I'm curious.
<<According to TESS (US Trademarks. there is a live registered trademark from
2002 for Miracle mouthwash. They note within the registration that the word
mouthwash cannot be trademarked. I didn't go any further as to look at the
product, but at least you know the Miracle could be capitalized. Even though
mouthwash can't be "registered," they can use Mouthwash on the package, they
must just show the registration symbol after the word Miracle. Since we are not
required to show the symbol, that part doesn't affect us..
