My husband deep fried turkeys for years. Now with what often went on in his
shop in the form of ice-chest-emptying, I can't believe he didn't burn the
valley down, but he didn't.

The first turkey he fried, we all stood around there and waited for it to be
finished.

It was so good that the bones were still smoking when they'd been picked clean!
