Well then, you just need a whole lot more Webers .
I have three Webers, in addition to a couple of large Santa Maria style
barbecue pits and a couple of smokers. I also have one of those turkey deep
fryers.
I don't cook our holiday meals at the same scale that you describe, but I
could and still have the oven free for side dishes .
