how to pay/finance treatment of dental abscess(infection) ?

Hi all,please I need your advice,if you could please!IMPORTANT!

I have been jobless for a while, my
total money is a few thousands bellow zero ( I owe people,
have paid part of my debt, but now am jobless),

I just have detected that something
likely to be infection/inflamation or dental abscess, caused likely by
a broken tooth, some pain (not very painful) especially

the surrounding area of gum and cheek,(which is swollen)
I'm sure I have to see a dentist or a doctor ASAP,
but I have no health
plans, I've spent many years in this country (USA /citizen)
but have not visited any doctor or dentist for many years, I didn't
need
to, thanks God.

I don't even know what a dental or health plan or insurance is,
or how it works, how to become a member.... I have never been a member.

Now I know very little about payment options/alternatives or financing
.... I know very few people, I owe already a lot of money to pay
, especially after having lost my job 11 months ago.

Is there a way to get an organization, charity, or
a government program to pay for my Dentist visit, and medicine? or lend
me money so I can pay back later hopefully when I'm able?

I'm not a senior, (I'm 27) is there a government program to aid
people in difficult situations like this?
something like "Social Services" maybe?

I know very little about charities, organizations, dental plans,
government programs, although I'm a citizen who spent many years
I'm isolated from people most of the time, my english language is
not very good,
I already suffer from some kind of panic, anxiety, depression ..
(not extremely)...
I have no credit (no history (never been approved)),
it's not bad credit history)
so I have no credit cards.
all themoney I borrowed was personal loans, I managed to paid back
parts of it.

please tell me where should I refer?

by the way I started way I wonder what the homeless I see in streets,
do when they need medical attention,
thanks God I'm in a situation better and easier than homelessness,
but I have no money and having been barely surviving on a very tight
budget.

please tell me who should I call, or even some web resources
( most of the time I don't have internet access)

thank you all very much in advance
I'm hopeful that when I get a job I can thank all who helped..
aand pay back all my debts, and start helping myslef the needy.

Offer to cut grass, shovel snow, paint, or something in exchange for some
basic services. Have you tried flipping burgers?

You could try asking for money at newsgroups. Do you accept Visa,
MasterCard or PayPal?

You could approach dentists with a little cash up front and
say you are willing to pay a small amount each month.
Agree to pay a small amount every month until bill is paid, and then
do pay it. Might have to try several dentists before finding
one to agree.

Or call a local dental society and see if they can refer you to a
dental school, or low cost dental clinic. Depends whats available in
your location.
