We will be able to post all we want about those "good old days", but
decades from now our words will have little relevance to most readers. Our kids
will not be able to imagine what life was like before the personal computer;
yet I can easily remember the days when the idea of a home computer seemed at
least as futuristic (crazy?) as the idea of owning your own personal
intergalactic flying saucer. As it turned out, my daughter learned her alphabet
on my Ohio Scientific C1P "basic in ROM" computer.

had the first personal computer for miles around our house.
