Two things actually are different about cannabis smoke.
1) It does not contain nicotine.
1) It does contain some cannabinoid compounds.

Some cannabis compound have demonstrated anti-tumor activity.
Cannabis compounds tend to energise the cilia lining the
Respiratory
Tract as opposed to nicotine which inactivates them,
But some cannabis compounds have also demonstrated anti-nauseant
activity.

Aspririn kills people and is sold over the counter,
Acetominophen kills people and is sold over the counter.

Why do you resist the legalisation of safe and effective
medications?

Do you support drug prohibition because it finances
criminals at home or because it finances terrorists abroad?
