I doubt it - the RCMP catches on to them pretty quick - people *do* talk
despite the counter-culture credo. However I did find this in

I referred to this earlier, but never got a response, I I have no idea

border smorder.. what is stopping a person living in canada from sending a
relative a present in the mail? A something like.. a spice rack.. or.. a
metal box of chocolate with the bottom lined with nugs? and a layer of
treats on top? I see no reason that couldnt happen. creativity.. is the
answer.
