Thanks, bobbie, and many thanks for all of your help and inspiration.

I offer to anyone who would like one a CD by the Dalai Lama, "Chanting
for Healing". I use it for meditation but also just as soothing
background for relaxation or grounding. The Dalai Lama says it can be
used "for all types of healing", and asks that it be copied and
distributed freely. For anyone who has not heard his chanting, he has a
wonderful bass voice that is very conducive to meditation. It is a
simple but harmonious chant, repeated for about 70 minutes. Anyone from
this list who would like one is invited to send me their USPS address
privately. There is no charge.

Wishing each of us, and the world, peace.

Dear Ginny,

I'd love to have the meditation CD from Dalai Laima. However, I live not in
USA, but in Europe. Is there any chance I could get it?

Thanks in advance,

With best wishes,
Paulius

Bobbie and others:
Several people have asked for a web site. I don't know of one, but I
haven't looked. If you want to try, the CD is called "Chanting for
Healing" by the Dalai Lama. I don't know the original publisher (or
whatever you call it for CDs!) as I received it as a copy from a friend.

Bobbie (or anyone), if you would like a copy, send me your USPS address
off-list.

Hi Ginny in Maine,

I would love a copy of that meditation CD! For years, an uncle of mine has
been pushing me towards learning to meditate, and I have just recently started
to fall into a slightly meditative state for VERY short periods of time, but
I am having a bit of trouble concentrating. It would be great to listen to a
CD of this sort. I would be glad to pay for shipping of course, but here is
my address:

Dina Hollerbach
14 Grace Court
Bethel, CT 06801

Thanks, Ginny.

I would love a copy of the CD. How do you get it to me?

Thanks,
