Carol,

Sorry to hear about your digestive disturbances. I had severe, severe
constipation, constant acid reflux, super gassiness, and pain, but when I quit
gluten and found my food intolerances through an allergy elimination diet, the
digestive issues slowly went away. I also treated my Candida overgrowth, and of
course, that took almost a year. Anyway, now my digestive issues aren't
nearly as bad; I still get bloating and gassiness, but it's 99% better than it
used to be. Adding veggie-based digestive enzymes REALLY improved my digestion,
as well. That's when I finally became "regular" again. I know that the cause
of digestive ailments can be unique to the individual, but have you been
tested for gluten intolerance/food allergies/intolerances? Just a thought. Hope
you feel better.
