Sara,
You know, the problem with these kinds of conditions is they wax
and wane. We don't know what brings them on, or why?

What causes downturns in Lupus is stress, from 3 lupus patients
I've spoken too. So, if you're happy and stress free - but over do
it, or get exposed to chemicals the CFS/FM could kick in. With that
many health conditions, it's going to be hard for you to figure out
why you feel so badly.
There are lot's of support groups for lupus, I saw a glossy
magazine a lupus organization put out, and was amazed at the money
they had for research and other things. It looked like a really well
oiled machine. (operating smoothly) I bet there are lot's of places
you can get some information from.
Good luck, and I hope you feel well enough to enjoy the
springs season.
Roger
