I know just what you mean! I go to visit my grandmother by car, eight hours away, and I need one day to recover after getting there and another before driving home~! My grannie has emphasema and has more energy than I do! She says, stay at my house toni
ght and we can play cards, when all I can think of is going back to the hotel room to sleep, ahh....
Oh I can't wait to see what my next life has in store for me!

pace myself. It's still very difficult.
And I have elderly relatives who don't get it, who visit
me and I have to end the visit after an hour as I run out
of gas and they say I don't look tired.
I give up.
I just keep reading as that's my escape--that and tv.
My diet doesn't help one way or the other.
