You could go to Google.com newsgroups and do a search in
the Usenet newsgroup, alt.med.cfs. The people using it may
have abandoned the newsgroup if they got well. It used to
be a topic of some discussion years ago.
I don't know the specifics of "the Guaifenisin Treatment"
but have used that during one episode of bronchial pneumonia
but notice no difference in my cfids/me/pvfs.
