| Hi Cheryl,
Thank you for your powerful encouragement.

I believe I understand your frustration very well.
"Mental disability".
I did not check when I started to share my recent strange
experience but, I am guessing I started to concentrate to
share my experience with you "after" the prescription of
prednison. (after the 15th August).
-my thinking/writing has been "doping" since then-.
Also, I believe "the better understanding about my situation"
contributed to regain my concentration also. (less powerful
than doping but, brain can not work well with confusion.
Confusion invites more fogs for our brain).
When you get where to focus, then the burden of your brain
would become less, I believe. (So, "Researchers".... )
> Thank you Rika.
Thank YOU Cheryl :-)
Now, I am learning a lot from you.
As I mentioned before we have lots of common symptoms,
(including cardiac problems), and each of your discovery has
encouraged me to find some coping technique with my "fatigue".
(Even the "doping life" can not expel the fatigue!! - Some drug
can regain your mental power to concentrate BUT "the fatigue"
has lasted after all... )
Some say "the fatigue is a kind of trauma (all in your mind)"
but, "no". Believe or not, this fatigue is REAL.
It was very short but I still remember clearly that I had "fatigue
free period" (only for a couple of months in my 25-year fatigued
life) I remember I told my mother "I don't feel tired anymore...."
with very perplexed tone then. (Of course my mother did not
know what I was talking ! ) Again, this fatigue is REAL.
BTW, it was interesting for me to learn that the causes of
many of the immune related diseases (such as Bechet)
are thought "viruses, stress, or something unknown".
I'll keep following all of you to learn from "you".
Hugs,
Rika
