Dear Doctor

Your declaration on CFS (chronic fatigue syndrome) basically
reiterated a psychological opinion of the disease. It disregarded
any discussion and research relating to the physical nature of the
condition. Your acclamation of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
CBT is unproven and in the end disadvantageous to patients. In
fact it has been shown to be detrimental and can produce
relapse. Your remarks must be modified as they will be
reiterated, just as you reiterated CBT remarks, by others who will
use your comments as proven
