| When I came down with Chronic Fatique the doctor put me through many =
different anti depressant, none of them helped. Sure I was depressed, =
because I felt so physically bad. I just wanted to give up. I am =
feeling better, but it just takes time and patience, and acceptance.

| Forget the anti-depressants. They're a bandaid for a
brain chemistry problem caused by physical illness,
and have poor effectiveness in people with chronic
illness.
Focus instead on diet, supplementation, rest and doing
the the things you are still able to do and enjoy.
