Mary,
i don't know anything about the HOC but, like you i'm
also toxic and very sensitive to detoxifying agents and
get sick. one toxin i'm sensitive to is from Candida. i
can only use Pau DE Arco tea when sympoms flare.
I can't use Malic acid with Magnesium tablets or use
more than one MSM as they detoxify the body too.
i can take 1 500mg vit. c when toxins are released
like now from my cleaning up my diet. it helps.
