| I just wanted to post a message and tell everyone in this group that
next month will be one year since I quit drinking. So many times I had
said to myself "Hey, one drink won't hurt" or "I am jonesing for just
one drink" or "Man, it's right there! I can just grab one beer! What
will it hurt!" But I didn't grab that ONE drink! I don't want to drink
anymore! I feel good, I feel clean, and my mind is clear!
Anyway, thanks to everyone for their support and may sobriety be with me
for years to come!

| Yah, Joe Jared, that 'thing' about one day at a time is how
your denial works.
