Gaz, I was very excited to see in another post that one of your medics
has told you that you will need to address your alcohol issues with
detox and (if memory serves) advised that your emotional upheaval will
get better with time.

I am very pleased for you since this seems to demonstrate some pretty
impressive honesty and commitment to getting better on your part.

May I ask what you plan to do next?

Warm regards,

Cheggs

Honest i am, but still i drink & love to do it, even though i
know it's an addiction. I am now drinking wine & vodka & am feeling good,
positive, optimistic, but i do know i need to talk to someone, thats why my
psychodoc gave me phone nombers for local alcohol abuse centre to go to!
thats what i'm doing, but i'm a million miles from stopping as i hate that
my anxiety killed my previous relationship. If i stop, she won't come back,
i love her & now am in self destruct!

Gaz.

It's okay if you don't want to stop drinking, but since that's the
case, I don't know if there's anyone here who can help you, mate. I
certainly can't.

If it ever strikes you in future that quitting drinking would be a
good idea, and you think you'd like advice on that then I'd definitely
recommend posting here again. There are some good, smart folks in
here.

Best

Cheggs.
Who doesn't include himself in that definition.
