Divide the proof by 200 and multiply the ounces consumed by the
dividend. The answer is ounces of pure alcohol.

Hoe much you can drink depends on your tolerance to alcohol. An
alcoholic's tolerance usually starts higher than the rest of the
population but inevitably deteriorates drastically over time as
he continues to drink. Skid row drunks can usually get by on
remarkably little actual alcohol, though they do need to have it
regularly.
