Just got back from San Diego. Little condo on Mission Beach and a
chartered boat for burial at sea for two people, which in its way,
reminded me I'm still young(er). The sea services were for two of
Joan's aunts who died a short time apart, both in their 80's. Can't
figure how people can afford homes in Calfironia. How do you guys do
it? These 2 & 4 bedrrom condos were selling for 1.7 million and up
and renting for $1500 week off season ($up to $500- week on season in
June/July/Aug.) Gas is .60 plus higher than Dallas which is now
dipping under $2 per gallon here. Then you got a state income tax,
(none in Texas) and sales taxes. How do you guys do it?
I was born on the day that Hitler invanded Poland. Figure it out.
