Seems like every damn time I gets a chance at sumpin nature made pretty,
man has stuck a damn pole and transformer or football field sized sign
in the way. ;-)

We have zoning ordinances around here designed to prevent that. They are
entirely successful, but I think they do help.
Of course they don't help at all with the proliferation of campaign signs
this time of year, but those are all relatively small and have to all
disappear after the election.
