1 result for incredibly stupid wastes of time. Out of the multiples
of tens of thousands of posts over the years of this group, those are
a tiny fraction by the numbers. If you factor redundency - that many
of those will be mulitple references within single posts - it's an
even less insignificant number. Get a life, ted. Crusader that you
are, maybe you could sign up for a stint in Iraq.

Here's a few more:

"idiot" 2350 hits
"bullshit" 5210 hits
"XXXX you" 796 hits

I could go on but if you are sensible you get the point on how your
posts are received.

Resentment is the problem. The Big Book says so. You learned to hate as
a child. The persons you hated were the sinners that were there (your
parents)who failed you. From there the hatred spread to the world.

Elimante resentment from your life ( conscious and repressed) and find
true freedom.

Now we can have a rant about how aa endorses parenthood.

Yeah, but isn't that merely putting a BandAid on your problem??

If what you say is true (and I don't doubt that it is)... resentment
is but a symptom of the real trouble. If we are going to end
hatred and keep it from spreading worldwide (thus spawning
more alcoholics) we must eradicate hatred at its source: parents.

Initially, we've got to rid the world of moms and dads (aka, the
source of the hatred that creates alcoholics). But once done
we can move on to anyone who looks like they're thinking of
reproducing; only then we will know "true freedom" and find
lasting peace.

It's up to you to lead the charge though Ted... but if you did
I'd follow you anywhere!!!

A hundred years ago everyone blamed the Devil for their
problems, now, today they blame their parents for their problems.

The truth of the matter is that it is the Devil, operating through
parents. But the Truth is too much for you.

No such thing as "the devil" Ted. It's a pre-medieval notion used to
describe destructive and insane behaviour not conducive to the well-being of
others.

Ted ,
All that may be true so what.If we work our steps right we can
change old behaviors. Also break the chain of hurt.We dont have to do as
our parents did!!!!!!
AA changed my feelings to anyone of my past that hurt me or I was
wronged by,so today I have a choice live as the angry at the world
person or become a loving and caring human.(not judging others)

It is not so confusing if you accept the deduction and
reduction.....it all boils down to it's not my fault nor my glory.

Thank-you Jesus or The Devil made me do it.

I mean all of my drinking was caused by the Devil and his army of
demons and all of my sobriety is Jesus and his angels doing.

Which makes life one big XXXXing cartoon.

What TedW proffers here is never his own opinion Tommy. He only offers us
the Lord's opinion, remember? Jesus Christ, I remember my grandad telling me
his grandad's father left the old country because of people like that.
I just pray he's not a neighbour of mine..

Peace be with you my friend...
