It's day eight for me. I still don't sleep very well.

The appraiser is coming today for my refi. There is an actual ecosystem
evolving in my back yard. I haven't worked on it in over a year. He will
deduct for it and all the other problems this house has. I doubt I'll get
the loan on acceptable terms.

Cleaning up the wreckage of the past takes time.
