Peacemakers? Of course you need to kill all the Evil people first, on
the order of the grim bloody massacres in Revelation...sanctioned and

The far right Xians believe that the government is a proper expression
of their beliefs. Notwithstanding the Constitution, of course.
Nothing has been taken from Xians. They are free to pursue their
religion. They have free speech. All this whining now is because
they don't like a secular state (which is what the Constitution
effectively establishes). They want their religious expression
further than their TV, their pamphlets, their radio shows, and their
personal messengers as well conventions, camps, books, press, and on.
They want the facilities of the government to express their religion.
Courts, schools, etc. Claiming, of course, that the Declaration has
the God word in it, then that probably over rides the Constitution
Establishment clause. A monument to the 10 commandments is not
sufficient to be put in front Fox News headquarters, they want it in
front of a court or a government office. Declaring, of course, that
is their right which so far, the Constitution still has deemed it not.
Of course if Bush could stack the Supreme Court, he would then work on
making that branch of government under the jurisdiction of Jesus.
And ohmyGod, it's fear that secular is Satan, albeit so far, Satan has
not yet appeared (in person, that is). Still, I always figured that
since the End Times was already laid out, what's a little secular
government in a brief point in time in the eternity of the Universe?
Well, SAdam had a secular government and a professed Xian (doing God's
will) attacked Saddam under other pretenses. He hasn't given any
messages directly to the Muslims and assured them that he nor his
government would do anything to hamper them from their freedom of
religion. Curious omission, wouldn't you say? Perhaps George Xian
Bush has other ideas...being a leader in the End Times, that is. He
believes that, of course, everyone knows that, don't they? Ronald
Reagan had the same belief. Makes you feel warm and fuzzy, right?

| Why I feel left out of this discussion,too bad I've been so busy with
my AA service work that I missed this thread.Here's my take on the

many new people heading for AA right now at this time of the year,I had
my own Gethsemane many years ago on this day.We must be ready for the
influx of newcomers and welcome them with the program that's in the
Big Book!Happy Holidays to one and all!
