We know who she is. Assistant State Attorney Lydia Wardell who was in
charge of the Pinellas County drunken driving division was caught
driving drunk.

CLEARWATER - A veteran Pinellas County prosecutor who supervised her
office's drunken-driving division has been stripped of those duties and
will no longer have a say over plea negotiations in drunken- driving
cases.
The action was taken Friday, two days after Assistant State Attorney
Lydia Wardell was charged with drunken driving after a fender-bender
near her Tampa home.

``What will happen to her is largely dependent on the outcome of the
officer's investigation,'' Bartlett said.

Wardell has been a prosecutor for more than 12 years and has a sterling
reputation as a hard worker, he said.

Wardell was off work Wednesday and said she got into a fender-bender
while driving a few blocks from her south Tampa home, her boss said.
Wardell told him she was taking two of her children to a ball game in
which her third child was playing, Bartlett said.

``I guess she wasn't as [sober] as she thought herself to be,'' he said.
``My understanding is there was a little fender- bender that was
resolved and the cops came up and one thing led to another.''

Wardell, he said, has a reputation for being hard-nosed about
drunk-driving cases.

``She was very thorough and she made a lot of enemies among defense
attorneys because of the approach she took,'' Bartlett said.

had a blood alcohol

By .30 most people can't tell they have pockets, let alone retrieve keys
from them.

http://www.psychiatry.ufl.edu/aec/c...alcoholtext.pdf

The BAC is a refection of the percentage of alcohol present in the
bloodstream. The BAC is usually what is measured by police officers to
determine legal intoxication. It can be measured directly from a blood
sample or a breath sample collected by a "Breathalyzer." A blood alcohol
level of 30 mgm% will produce a euphoric effect in most individuals who do
not have an established tolerance. At 50 mgm% the CNS depressant effects of
alcohol become prominent. There is evidence that even at blood alcohol
levels of 15 mgm%, present after approximately one drink, there is some
impairment in the ability to operate a motor vehicle. At levels greater than
250 mgm%, significant confusion and a decreased state of consciousness may
occur. Alcoholic coma may occur at this level, and, at greater than 400
mgm%, death may result.

Years ago, when I was in grad school,, I use to bartend at the annual law
school banquet where prominent judges, prosecutors, attorneys, and law
enforcement officers would smooze and booze at an open bar. (Most came to
see the keynote speaker who was a well known jurist like Sandra Day O'Connor.)
I saw so many of them drive away from the event totally wasted. I figured
that if they got caught with a DUI, they knew everyone who was someone who
could fix the charges. Well I couple of years ago there was a story in the
paper that a state Supreme Court Justice had fender bender, hit and run
after leaving the banquet and there was questions whether this judge was
intoxicated. She was never charged but the woman was certainly publicly
humiliation

I was tortured by the police as a child for standing in the street. No
lawyer would represent me because I was only 14. I worked as a valet in
country clubs, fancy restaruants, and I even used to drive chauffer for
a guy who owns half of Miami Beach including the fountain Bleau Hilton.
I have seen many rich drunks drive while heavily intoxicated.
I have been to many AA meetings and I was no where near a drunk as many
of those people who came to them yet I have not drank for 21 years and
do not want to.
Many people have been killed by alcoholics and the government is more
cruel towards cannabis consumers.

George Bush is a deluded psychopath.
He thought I was a cuban spy in 1982 when I went to the Keys. He and the
secret service drugged and kidnapped me and threw me in a boat. They
took me to a house where I was interogated by his father and Richard
Nixon watched.
When I was coming out of a daze Bob Dole was holding a gun on me and
they drugged me again. I came to in the Isle Morada jail and the charge
was Baker Act which is the charge for being crazy. They let me go and I
went to Texas. Now I have a microchip in my back. I reported this to
Governor Ann Richards before she was governor in Houston when I began to
quit drinking. I was treated like a nut. Now the State of Texas is
harrassing me for money and they call me on the phone and say I am
crazy.

The people of the US are crazy for lowering their standards of
democracy.
The war on drugs is a gateway war that leads to the addiction of
hardcore war crimes.

My family started the US with George Washington and I do not believe
that this is the way they intended my freedom to be.

I had only 7 beers when George Bush kidnapped me. He drugged me before
he brought me by boat to his house and in the kitchen before thy frugged
me more and interogated me Jeb Bush said I was a sicko.
Well JEB Bushes daughter is a crackhead slut who gives out blowjobs for
rocks. And Jeb Bush should not be bringing his litle kids around people
that his brother kidnaps.
I quit drinking 21 years ago and you XXXXing christian terrorists are
going to have to come up with a better one than that to drug me again.

Christian media police reports: "Yahoo 100 Texans Whacked"

That's 100 less tax sucking slimeball Marines from Texas that is not
going to take away my freedom of speech!

The sway in my walk is not from alcohol. It is from the drugs the secret

My last DUI (7 days after a .23) was.26 (Coors Light both times). I was
pulled over for a burned out headlight. I remember everything that
transpired rather clearly. The officers and I chatted amicably (I
didn't protest my arrest) and I doubt they suspected my BAC was *that*
high. A year later it would have been different, my tolerance was
about to peak and then begin the irreversible decline.
