well first OIL IS REAL CHEAP.
it costs as much as tap water to get oil out of the ground.
1000 gallons for what ... 5 dollars of pumping ... if you need to pump.
so ... Citgo costs are almost nothing.
2 cents a barrels it cost ... the other $75 is pure profit.
So Chavez, pays for his oil company, pays for his country, and the rest is
cream from the crop.
There is so much money in oil today, that 400 million bling bling is
nothing, during time of war, hurricanes, and oil pipeline corrosion from
lack of maintenence and lowering Enron gouging.
