I was at the Permit and Resources Mangement Department (PRMD).
The Planning Dept had one open to the public hearing about their proposed
regulations around medical marijuana. They made BIG changes, and then shut
out any further public hearing.
It is the XXXXing White Boys Club that did this, with some well meaning but
rather uneducted people on the Planning Commission not know what they are
doing becuase they know not of what is going on ... remember they did not
want to have any public comment.
So this ... let me say ... stupidity .... is self inflected.
This now goes before the Sonoma County Supervisors and maybe they will open
it to public comment, and having people urge them to return this back to the
planning department and open it for more public comment.
As it stands right now.
If the Mayor of Santa Rosa, had her husband come down with Cancer, and he
needed medical marijuana ... Jane Bender would still have to get the
medicine from street criminals.
Or if she is lucky enough to find a group of patients who can squeeze
togther 14 ounces of pot for her husbands 14 weeks of chemotherapy and
holding the wasting syndrome that comes from constant vomiting at bay.
Otherwise ... any new patient has to get on a waiting list that is 100's of
people long ... it takes months for it to move along ... but people die and
the list opens up that way.
This is only for about 4% of the population that would qualify for medical
marijuana, and 99% of them are good, law abiding, tax paying, citizens who
do it the right way, obey the laws, and play by the rules.
So Planning for Grapes is just as hard as Planning for Pot.
We can make our own alcohol, keep it within limits, and engage in adult
responsible behaviour. Same for medical marijuana.
The part that is the worst of this meeting was Sonoma County Counsel, this
short XXXX gave horrible legal direction to the Planning Commission.
County Counsel reminded the Planning Commission about the law ... er ...
guidelines that makes 100 plants illegal.
This is not so.
Marijuana is no more illegal then alcohol and that took a Constitutional
Amendement to make go away for awhile.
So Marijuana is fine in the federal jurisdiction in regards to our Citizens.
The 100 plants is when Law Enforcement ... if they like ... can have the DEA
come in and take over from the Sheriff. Federals law say they can arrest at
1 plant .. or not .. if they chose ... they are cops after all.
Like they did the night Polly Klass died, and it was the DEA who put a drunk
driver out on our California Highways with Polly in his trunk by ordering
our Sheriff Dept to do so.
Since we do not elect the Sonoma County Sheriff, and one is always appointed
and self selects as it were from up in the ranks ... as this is what
PROFESSIONAL LAW ENFORCEMENT looks like these days ...
well ... the SCUM RISES TO THE TOP ... with this kind of institutional
corruption in not having an open election where the people can chose who
leads the Law Enforcement.
So you get Mark Karr and his porno computer 'lost' and he goes free.
Right now the TOP COP is a Pederast Protector and kisses more then his
Bishops ring.
See ... scum raises to the top as the XXXXing white boys club rules.
The FWBC is not doing Sonoma County any good, and just costing you money,
making you more aggreviated and causing hardship to people in illness and
who are dying.
Much like making Election Hurdles so one can not vote, the Planning
Commission is making legal hurdles so that one can not obtain medical
marijuana cheaply, easily, and with safe access.
Not with criminals.
So why does Bubble Boy, the Attorney General, The Supreme Court and our
Planning Commission ... keep criminals in business with more customers.
There is money in it ... just like it is with Highway Barronages for sale ..
whoops ... for lease.
Golden Gate Briges costs $5 to get across and they run out of money paying
for those high paying jobs that say we have to get more money.
Passalaqua makes more money then our US Senators.
How did that happen on his watch ... you know.
Supervisors gave it to him.
