Warning about Usenet gangs that have been cyberstalking and harassing users
|

| There have been many posts concerning the malicious use of the Usenet
by a gangs, especially at alt.culture.alaska. In fact it is true.
They scan the newsgroups to find material for their main site at
http://www.petitmorte.net and other sites such as
http://www.insurgent.org
They have assigned several of newsgroups to each gang member for
scanning and retrieving material.
They have directories for themselves such as sean, cujo and pjr at
petitmorte.net where they gather their material and combine anything
they can find to create libelous pages. This site is truly an attempt
by these private individuals to slander others using the Internet, but
in a broader sense it is an attempt to censor the newsgroups according
to their rules. It is an attempt to force users to be victims of their
intimidation and stalking, or become anonymous to escape the scourge of
the petitmorte gang. They appear to now be attempting to capitalize on
this effort by selling services to protect you. It appears that the
site kookbusters.org was recently created for this purpose. What does
this mean legally? Perhaps they want us to pay a protection fee to
keep them away, or perhaps they want us to pay a ransom to keep them
from using our posts, or maybe they want blackmail money. Or maybe
they are wanting us to hire them to find the persons doing this: to
find them! The petitmorte gang members are very careful to never
disclose who they are.
For instance, kookbusters.org was recently registered through a proxy
service, DomainsByProxy.com so a whois search will not reveal any
information about them. Is it possible that a new crime has been
committed and that new laws need to be created to protect people using
the Internet? Or are existing laws being broken here? These questions
are being explored
as I write.
I have identified several of these gang members posting as:
sean monaghan
Art Deco
Cujo DeSockpuppet
Chadwick Stone
PJR
Aratzio
Wood Chuck Bill
Just Taylor
Dr. Flonkenstein
Tom Mosher
smallfoot
Bookman
Sharon B
Pinku-Sensei
Some of their pages are:

http://www.petitmorte.net/sean
http://www.petitmorte.net/cujo
http://www.petitmorte.net/sean/kookdeck/
http://www.insurgent.org/~jhd/kookway.htm
http://www.kookology.info
http://www.insurgent.org/~kook-faq/nominations.html - where more the
gang members names can be found.
If you have been harassed or stalked by sean monaghan and the kook
cyberstalking gang then now is the time to register a complaint.
for stalking. You can can complain under the domestice violence laws.

Also, inform sites like the one below that cybercriminals are suspected of
cooking up yet another scheme to make $$$ off their cybercrimes
http://habaneronetworks.com/viewArticle.php?ID=84
See Federal Investigation of Spamford Wallace.
"Wallace's latest brainchild was causing so much popups on various sites
that the popups actually inticed people into purchasing his own Anti Popup
and Spyware applications. In essence, it was much like "If you want me to
stop poking you, pay me for a poke stopper." Which by the way didn't work. "
