When I first read this, I had to check twice to make sure it wasn't from
The Onion. But no, it's from the Mormons. Har.

It's real nice of the prosecutor to drop the charges. I assume the
8-year-old still got the message, however, and will not be reporting any
other lewd behavior he engages in to nutty adults.

What is it about Truth or Dare and breasts anyway. It's apparently worse
than being forced to eat worms covered with snot and toe cheese, if we are
to believe the Florida daycare case.

(KUTV) SALT LAKE CITY, Utah A mother is upset after a 14-year-old
babysitter engaged in sexual conduct with her eight-year-old boy, and the
eight-year-old was charged with lewd conduct.

Prosecutors have since dropped the charges against the boy, but his mother
is still concerned.

The sexual conduct occurred during a game of truth or dare while the boy
was being watched by the babysitter.

Prosecutors say that, while the babysitter initiated the contact, the
young boy was a willing participant.

She dared my son to touch her breasts, says Michelle Grosbeck, the boys
mother.

After hiring the teenager to baby sit, Grosbeck got the feeling something
was wrong.

It was just that sense that something wasnt quite right with this
14-year-old girl, she said. She asked her son what had happened. He just
came right out as if nothing was awry, and just started talking about what
had happened.

[I bet he won't make that mistake again. --emc]

Grosbeck went to police and child protection workers, and the case went to
the district attorney, after which her son, age eight, had been charged
with an act of lewdness with a minor.

Grosbeck says the Salt Lake County District Attorney told her both the
child and teenager were equal participants. But Mrs. Grosbeck didnt
believe that.

My son is eight, hes a little boy. He does not have the ability to
participate on the same level as a fourteen-year-old, she said.

The 14 year old child ... has in turn be sexually abused and offended upon
.... and in her world this is all innocent fun to do to someone 6 years
younger then her ... because someone 6 years older has sexually assaulted
her already. It is how the disease passes down the generations ... and the
sick household she is living in to make that happen - its a sick town there
in Utah anyway ... she could have been kidnapped and living in a homeless
encampment as a Mormom Wife of some koolaid kristian.

Maybe.

Perhaps the prosecutor was just trying to send a message that he thought
it was idiotic that such a thing should ever see the inside of a
courtroom.

When this kid is a teenager, and he has a panic attack everytime his date
removes her bra, he may learn to like mom a lot less.

Of course, any problems he has will be declared to be the result of him
having been "molested," and all the Sex Abuse Agenda pundits will want us
to enact WhateverTheXXXXHisNameIs's Law, which mandates lifetime sattelite
tracking for any teenage babysitter who exposes her milk bags.
