My insurance changed from Merck to Caremark and since then have gone from
bad to worse with RA. Last batch of enbrel arrived at 60 degrees and when I
called they said it had not been 24 hours yet so would be all right. Guess
I am trying to find some answer to my change and wondering if anyone else on
this med uses Caremark mail service. Thanks.

I use Caremark mailorder for diabetic meds and am not impressed with
them. Ordered some last week, and has not arrived yet. They also
like to overcharge. Watch out for that one.

Thanks for the reply. I am starting to feel little better, walking around
house without crutch. I think I am now using the Enbrel boxes that were on
top next to the cool-packs, so maybe this is it. I intend to lobby in
insurance to go back to Merck.
