So you have read a DIFFERENT paper - at least you now admit this.

In case you or our readers have forgotten, this is the EXACT wording of
your multiple posts on the subject:

"Heterosexual transmission between couples is actually quite rare and
may never
happen after many years of contact in some couples as reported by Dr.
MacGregor, Horsburgh and Levy:

MacGregor RR et al. Failure of culture and polymerase chain reaction to

detect human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) in seronegative steady sexual

partners of HIV-infected individuals. Clin Infect Dis. 1995
Jul;21(1):122-7.

Horsburgh CR et al. Concordance of polymerase chain reaction with HIV
antibody detection. J Infect Dis. 1990 Aug;162:542-5.

Levy JA. The transmission of AIDS: the case of the infected cell. JAMA.

1988;259(20):3037-8."

Remember those? See how it is a different Horsburgh paper? (In fact it
is one which does what it says on the tin, namely looks at concordance
between ELISA and PCR. In fact there were heterosexual transmissions
within this study.

All I wish for is a debate with transparent honesty. Many of the
references you cite indicate low risk of heterosexual transmission, but
the consensus is that it is LOW, and not vanishingly rare as you would
have us believe. It makes you look dishonest when you try and cover
your errors of citation by trying to say you meant a different study
all along.
And as has been pointed out to you, papers referred to in the text of
your favoured paper to quote actually show transmission rates in Uganda
of up to 23% per year in discordant couples. Continuing to quote this
as a source does your cause no benefit.
