Author Branding for HIV/Aids carriers?

In order to
eradicate this disease we must have mandatory testing with each doctor
visit. And to brand those who have this disease with a symbol so that
others are notified of the carrier for their own safety.

After branding, they can work on construction of ovens. These will be
used to burn their bodies after they have been killed.

What a novel idea! Arbeit macht frei?

I like the idea - preferably a big red "A" branded onto their foreheads
- but someone suggested a small tattoo on the genitals, which would
avoid the stigma of branding because only potential sex partners would
be likely to see the genital tattoo. The argument was that it would
allow AIDS patients to roam free in society, while providing an obvious
visual cue to potential partners so that they can make an informed
decision on whether to have sex with the person.

Of course the idea conjures visions of Nazi concentration camp tattoos,
but the only practical alternative is to actually throw AIDS patients
in concentration camps. The HIV advocates hate the idea and argue that
it is unnecessary because AIDS patients always wear condoms and always
inform their partners of their HIV+ status.

The problem with ovens is that it would be too expensive given the
high price of natural gas at the moment. Aside from that, cremation
ashes usually make good garden fertilizer, but AIDS patients are
so full of meth and other toxic recreational drugs that nothing short
of a military chemical weapons disposal facility (like the one in
Utah they use to burn VX nerve gas) could possibly render the ashes
safe for disposal.
