| Is too much napping a sign of a health problem or is it age/other
factors. I used to never take naps in my 20's. however for a few years
now I've been taking late afternoon naps pretty much on a daily basis
even if I get a full night's sleep. It doesn't matter how much
caffiene I drink. And if I eat something with alot of suger it put's me
to sleep very quickly. I've been tested and am not diabetic.

The topic of this group is HIV/AIDS, not 'health aids."
Unless your question has something to do with HIV/AIDS, you might get a
better response in alt.support.sleep-disorder or sci.med.
