Perhaps you could present your own falsifyable hypothesis on what
causes AIDS, then, or encourage the Perth Group to do so. Until then,
STFU.

The article, which you seem to ignore, makes a number of valid
observations. It is not written by a "journalist" with an agenda such
as Celia Farber, but by 2 scientists who are closely involved with
HIV/AIDS issues.
