If they obtained and worked with live virus, the wrath of the entire
country/planet would descend upon them, not to mention that they would
have their licence for lab work permanently revoked.
But knowing a) Your proven (and self-admitted) track record for lying,
and b) your inability to recognise a virus when you see one, I suppose
we can dismiss your uterances on the topic as complete delusions.
(alternatively, give us a reference or a link to show EVIDENCE they did
some of the work you suggest)
